What are the terms of the donation match?
Jet will match the first $100,000 of donations made on jet.com. Matching will be recognized as first come, first serve on Give a Pack donations made between 12am EST February 11th and 3am EST March 1st. Match will be in the form of JetCash, and loaded to the nonprofit's Jet.com account no later than Friday, March 10th.

JetCares is Jet’s social good program, which leverages Jet’s mission to find innovative ways to save to help those in need.
What is the JetCares Program?
The JetCares Program, also known as the Community Diaper Program, provides consistently available, high quality diapers at highly affordable prices to nonprofit organizations serving families in need.
Nearly 1 in 3 American families can’t afford diapers. Low income families can spend up to 14% of their annual income on diapers. Low income families struggle to afford enough clean diapers to get by because they do not have as much access to big box stores, credit, or means to buy in bulk at lower prices. This can lead to serious health consequences for both parents and children.
What is the Give a Pack Program?
The Give a Pack Program allows Jet customers to support enrolled nonprofit organizations by making donations to them in the form of JetCash. These donations can be used by nonprofits to purchase JetCares items, like Cuties Economy Plus Packs of diapers. Through the JetCares Community Diaper Program, enrolled nonprofit organizations already receive special discounted pricing on these diapers and some other basic essentials, so this program enables customers to get involved and donate funds.
When does the Give a Pack program run?
The Give a Pack program launched in November 2016. It will be available on an ongoing basis.
How do I make a donation to a nonprofit?
You may search for a nonprofit that is participating on Jet.com, or browse all participating nonprofits here. Once you select a nonprofit, choose a donation amount to add to your cart, like how you would add a regular product to your cart. After checkout, your donation amount will be loaded to the selected nonprofit’s Jet.com account in the form of JetCash. The nonprofit will receive an email notification that they have a new donation, and will use your donation to purchase diapers on Jet.com.
What is JetCash?
Nonprofits can use JetCash to pay for their orders of Cuties Economy Plus Packs of diapers and other basic essentials. $1 of JetCash is equal to $1 off of a purchase at Jet.
What nonprofits can I donate to?
Of the nonprofits enrolled in the JetCares program, a select group have signed up to accept customer donations. They include organizations from national associations like National Diaper Bank Network, Salvation Army, and United Way. You can browse participating organizations here. You can also filter by State and National Affiliation.
Which products are eligible for nonprofits to buy with the JetCash I give?
Nonprofits receive additional discounts for Cuties Economy Plus Packs of diapers, sizes NB-6, and other basic essentials like toothbrushes, toothpaste, toilet paper, and laundry detergent. The diaper products are special because we partnered with Cuties to keep the same high-quality diaper, while stripping out costs, such as expensive pack graphics and adding more diapers per box. Participating nonprofits have preferred pricing on these diapers, so your donation goes even further. For example, because Jet has stripped out product costs, just $10 can diaper a baby for a week.
Do you have cloth diapers?
The JetCares program currently only distributes disposable diapers. Cloth diapers can be difficult to clean, as many low-income families don’t have regular access to washing machines.
Are donations tax deductible?
Each organization’s donation page says whether or not that organization has agreed to provide tax receipts. If the 501c3 organization you donate to has agreed to distribute tax receipts, you should forward your Jet.com order confirmation email to that organization. The organization’s email address is located on their fundraising page, in the product description section. Jet.com is not a nonprofit 501c3 organization and is not able to issue tax receipts on an organization’s behalf.
Why did I receive an email confirming shipment of my donation?
Please disregard this email. Your donation was delivered electronically to the nonprofit organization of choice. The tracking number on the email is for identification purposes only.
Are donations returnable or refundable??
No, donations are not returnable or refundable. However, donations will be cancelled if you cancel your order within 30min of placing it.
How do I know that the nonprofit will use my donation?
Nonprofit organizations generally purchase diapers from Jet.com on a monthly basis. You can expect your donation to be used in a timely manner.
Is 100% of my donation given to the nonprofit organization?
Yes, Jet will remit 100% of Give a Pack funds to your selected nonprofit in the form of JetCash. $1 in JetCash is equal to $1 off a purchase at Jet. JetCash received through this program does not expire.
What donation amounts can I make?
Available donation amounts are $35, $50, $100, and $500.
Why can’t I donate less than $35?
At this time the minimum donation amount is $35, which is enough to cover a pack of diapers. Lower denominations may become available in the future.
Can I donate in increments other than that?
These are the only increments available. To donate a different amount, you may place back to back orders.
Can I donate more than $500?
If you would like to donate more than $500 to the same nonprofit (i.e. some large companies may give corporate donations), you will need to place back to back orders.
If a nonprofit closes its Jet.com account, where does my donation go?
Your donation amount will be transferred to another participating organization to use on diaper purchases.
Give a Pack Terms & Conditions
- Any JetCash received through the program may only be used on JetCares items, like Cuties Economy Plus Packs of diapers
- JetCash received through the Give a Pack program does not expire.
- If at any time your organization cancels its Jet.com account, any remaining JetCash you have will be forfeited.
- Jet reserves the right to refuse, deny or revoke any organization’s participation in the Give a Pack program at any time in its sole discretion. In the event Jet revokes an organization’s participation in the program, any JetCash in that account will be forfeited and transferred to another participating organization
- Marketing that you can do for the Give a Pack program is limited to social media, unless specifically provided to you or approved by Jet
- If you elect to offer tax receipts, Jet will provide you with the order number of the applicable donor, and upon the donor contacting you to request a tax receipt, you agree to provide a valid tax receipt to the donor within a reasonable amount of time. You agree that you will use any information provided by Jet or the donor solely for the purpose of issuing tax receipst
What is the JetCares Program?
The JetCares Program provides high-quality Cuties-brand diapers at affordable prices to nonprofit organizations that serve families in need. Cuties Economy Plus Packs of diapers, from NB to Size 6, are available for anyone to purchase on Jet at highly compelling prices. Nonprofit organizations can apply to the JetCares Program to purchase the diapers at an even lower price.
Which nonprofits will be eligible to enroll in the Community Diaper Program and purchase Cuties diapers at discounted rates?
Preferred pricing in the JetCares Program is open to eligible nonprofits via application. Eligibility will be based on:
- Nonprofit organization status: Organizations must be currently registered as a nonprofit with 501(c)(3) status. Organizations must provide their nine-digit federal EIN number to Jet for verification and a copy of their IRS determination letter. Other tax-exempt organizations (e.g., religious organizations) must still obtain 501(c)(3) status to be eligible for program. Organizations must be based in the continental 48 states or the District of Columbia.
- Services provided: Organizations must have a plan in place to distribute diapers to low-income, at-need families in their communities. Through this program, organizations may either distribute, donate, or resell diapers to families in need, but may not resell diapers for a profit. Organizations will be asked to submit a summary of their plan to distribute diapers in the application. 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations of all types are encouraged to apply, and there is no requirement that accepted nonprofits are currently distributing diapers. Accepted organizations must agree to and abide by the program terms and conditions. Jet retains the right to refuse or deny an organization's eligibility at any time.

A customer asked me for a tax receipt, how can I confirm the amount is accurate?
If you have agreed to issue tax receipts, customers will forward their order confirmation emails to you which include their donation amount and order number. You will also receive a confirmation email from Jet.com each time you receive a new donation. You can use this email to confirm the accuracy of the email from the customer, and issue them a tax receipt.
What products can I purchase with my Give a Pack donations?
You may purchase Cuties Economy Plus Packs of diapers, and other basic essentials that the families you serve need, using JetCash you’ve acquired through the Give a Pack program.
Does my JetCash expire?
No, JetCash you receive through the Give a Pack Program does not expire.
What is the timeline for the JetCares Program?
Applications are available for nonprofit enrollment in the JetCares Program on an on-going basis. Notification and promo code delivery for accepted nonprofits will occur approximately one month after the application is received.
What types of diapers are available for purchase through the JetCares Program?
We are partnering with First Quality to provide Cuties-brand diapers for purchase. Cuties diapers offer 12-hour leakage protection, comfortable soft materials with stretch tabs and a flexible waistband, and have a hypoallergenic inner liner with Vitamin E and Aloe. Diapers are available in Economy Plus-sized packs, from NB to Size 6.
How much will the Cuties Economy Plus Packs cost?
We are offering Cuties Economy Plus Packs at a starting price of $14.99 for NB diapers, $24.99 for Size 1 diapers, and $34.99 for diapers Size 2-6, resulting in an average cost per diaper of $0.17. Nonprofit organizations that are accepted into the JetCares Program will be able to purchase these diapers at an even more affordable average cost per diaper of $0.13. Accepted nonprofits will be provided with a promo code to apply at checkout to access the preferred pricing. Because of the way Jet’s dynamic pricing engine works, the price per pack will drop even further for both enrolled nonprofits and regular shoppers when they add more packs to their order or take other savings actions like waiving free returns or paying with debit instead of credit.
How do these prices compare to typical diaper costs?
The estimated national average cost per diaper is around $0.33. However, families buying small pack sizes at corner grocery stores may be paying as much as $0.50.
How are Jet and Cuties able to provide diapers at such a compelling price?
To make high-quality Cuties diapers more affordable, we took a number of cost-saving measures to help bring down the cost per diaper, including simplifying the packaging by removing expensive graphics from the inner bags and outer shipping case, increasing the number of diapers per box, and placing orders for large quantities. Shoppers can also earn additional savings on Jet by ordering over $35 to earn free shipping, buying more packs at the same time (costs come down when more items ship together), waiving free returns, and paying with a debit card instead of a credit card.
Can our nonprofit organization resell diapers purchased via the program?
Yes, your nonprofit organization may resell diapers at or below the price at which you purchased them on Jet, however you can’t resell them for a profit. Due to state laws as well as IRS rules regarding nonprofits, Jet recommends that nonprofits choosing to resell diapers consult their tax advisors to determine whether sales tax may be due on the resale of diapers in order to comply with applicable state law. Your organization may also distribute the diapers for free to families in need.
Will there be a cost differential if nonprofits order more diapers?
Yes. The more diaper packs nonprofits add to their order, the more shipping costs will come down, and our dynamic pricing engine will lower the price per pack in real time to reflect this increased efficiency.
Will nonprofits pay on delivery or upon order?
Payment will be due when an order is placed on Jet.
Our nonprofit organization is not a diaper bank and we have never given diapers away before. Can we still apply to the JetCares Program?
Yes. We encourage any nonprofit organization that works with families who would benefit from access to low-cost diapers to apply to the JetCares Program for preferred pricing.
How often does Jet review nonprofit applications to the JetCares Program?
We review applications on a rolling basis. We will notify nonprofit organizations about their acceptance status within 4-5 weeks of submitting an application.
Will the Cuties Economy Plus Packs be available for purchase by individuals and organizations that are not enrolled in the JetCares Program?
Yes. Cuties Economy Plus Packs are available for purchase on Jet for anyone who wants to buy them here. However, nonprofits that are accepted into the JetCares Program will have access to the Cuties Economy Plus Packs at further discounted prices via a unique promo code.
How will nonprofits purchase Cuties Economy Plus Packs at discounted prices?
As part of their application to the JetCares Program, each nonprofit will designate one individual per location as their primary buyer. We will create unique promo codes for each primary buyer that can be applied at checkout to unlock discounted prices. These codes will only be applicable to the purchase of Cuties Economy Plus Packs.
How do the promo codes work?
An approved organization will receive a unique promo code via email, which they will need to enter at checkout upon placing their first order of Cuties Economy Plus Packs of diapers on Jet.com. The promo code will work across all sizes of Cuties Economy Plus Packs of diapers. The promo codes will be tied to the organization’s account, so that the discount is automatically applied for future orders. The promo code cannot be used in conjunction with other promo codes.

Organizations may distribute, donate, or resell diapers to families in need, but may not resell diapers for a profit. Jet reserves the right to refuse, deny or revoke an organization’s eligibility to use this code at any time in its sole discretion.
Is there a minimum number of diapers available per order?
No, there is no minimum order number for cases of Cuties Economy Plus Packs that need to be purchased per order.
Is there a maximum number of diapers available per order?
We currently allow a maximum of ten units of an item per order. Nonprofits can purchase more than the ten-unit limit by placing multiple orders of Cuties Economy Plus Packs. Provided we have inventory, each order will be fulfilled.
What are the shipping terms for this program? Will they vary based on the number of diapers ordered?
On Jet, shipping is free on all orders over $35. That includes orders of Cuties Economy Plus Packs. Orders under $35 will be subject to applicable shipping costs, and all orders will be subject to applicable taxes.
How will the diaper packs be delivered to nonprofits?
They will be shipped via FedEx or small parcel carrier.
An organization’s participation in the JetCares program does not in any way constitute an endorsement by Jet or its affiliates of such organization or any associated product, service or opinion.
