How do I place an order?
To place an order, go to a product page, select the desired quantity of the item, and add it to your cart via the "Add to Cart" button. Before you check out, you’ll be prompted to create an account or to log in to your existing account. During checkout, you just need to enter or confirm your shipping address and credit card information, then you can place your order.
How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel your order by visiting the Order History page in the Account section of the site or by calling the Jet Heads at 1 (855) 538 4323 within 30 minutes of placing your order.
You won’t be able to cancel your order after 30 minutes have passed, but once the items have arrived, you can visit your Order History page to initiate a return.
How do I see my order history?
You can see your order history by visiting the Order History page in the account section on the site.
How is my card charged by Jet?
When you place an order, Jet creates a pending charge (pre-authorization) for the amount of your order total minus any JetCash or credits used at checkout. This is not an actual charge.
Once your final shipment is sent, all pending authorizations will be dropped from your account and only the final charges will remain.
If you order multiple items, your order may arrive in multiple shipments. Once the order is shipped in its entirety, you should see a single actual charge equal to the order total. If you experience any shipment delays or issues with fulfillment, the total amount charged may be split into multiple charges.

How do I change the billing address on my existing credit card?
We treat a credit card with a new billing address as a brand new card. If your billing address changes, just remove your old card from your account and add the card again with the new, updated billing address. This allows us to have the most accurate and up-to-date information in your account.
How does Jet calculate sales tax?
Unless specifically indicated, Jet is the seller of items purchased on the Jet Sites.
Items sold by Jet are subject to tax when shipped to destinations in: AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, ND, NE, NJ, NM, NY, NV, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV and WY. Any applicable tax will be applied to the price you pay for taxable items, less any and all extra savings.
Does Jet offer a tax exemption?
Eligible governmental, non-profit, charitable and similar organizations should email all tax-exempt requests to firstname.lastname@example.org. Include a copy of applicable state or federal exemption certificates. Eligible tax exemptions will be processed by Jet and tax will not be charged on future purchases made by eligible tax-exempt accounts.
How does Jet calculate regulatory fees?
Certain states impose environmental or other fees on certain classes of products. Applicable state regulatory fees are calculated by Jet and are separately stated at checkout.
This includes deposit fees on beverage containers, mattress recycling fees, state tire fees and California’s electronic waste fee.
