What does it mean that fresh and frozen groceries are available in my zip code?
It means you can shop high-quality fruits, vegetables, bread, meat, dairy, and other fresh and frozen foods along with the rest of our grocery selection! Your order will be fulfilled by Jet associates who carefully select and pack your groceries and ship them to you in a refrigerated box.
How do prices work on fresh and frozen groceries?
Prices drop as you shop, just like they do on the rest of Jet! It costs us less to ship multiple items together, so as you add fresh and frozen items, you’ll lower the price of fresh and frozen items in your cart. The more you cross off your list at once, the more you’ll save. (Fresh and frozen items that aren’t eligible for discounts won’t drop in price, but don’t worry — our prices are low from the start.)
How do I know I’m getting high-quality produce?
We only stock high-quality produce, and Jet associates hand-pick all your fruits and vegetables with care. We take earning your trust very seriously, so please tell us if you’re not happy with something — we’re always trying to improve.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on orders over $35.
What is the fresh packaging fee for?
The fresh packaging fee helps offset the cost of keeping your fresh groceries cold all the way to your fridge.
How long does delivery take?
We ship fresh and frozen grocery orders Monday through Friday with 1-2 day delivery. You’ll get a detailed delivery estimate on the order review page before you place your order, then order and shipping confirmations via email. Can I get fresh and frozen groceries delivered to my business address?
As long as your business address is in an eligible zip code, absolutely! We ship fresh and frozen grocery orders Monday through Friday with 1-2 day delivery, although we can’t deliver to businesses on Saturday or Sunday. You’ll get a detailed delivery estimate on the order review page before you place your order, then order and shipping confirmations via email. Do I have to be home for delivery?
No! We pack and ship your fresh and frozen items in insulated boxes to ensure they’ll stay cold even if you aren’t home to unpack them right away. The frozen gel packs, insulation panels, and dry ice we use maintain refrigerated and frozen temperatures during transit.
Will the box really keep the fresh stuff fresh and the frozen stuff frozen?

How are frozen foods packed?
They’ll arrive in the same box as your other groceries, but they’ll be in an insulated foil-lined bag along with the dry ice.
How will I know what the dry ice looks like?
Our dry ice packs are individually wrapped with warning labels on each 1.5 lb brick. Each pre-wrapped dry ice brick is 5x5x1 inches in size.
Can I touch the dry ice with my bare hands?
No. Dry ice should always be handled with gloves on.
How do I dispose of the dry ice?
To dispose of the dry ice, put it in a well-ventilated container, take it outside where kids and pets can’t reach it, and let it evaporate. Do not try to dispose of it in a sink or a toilet — the extreme cold could harm sink disposal, toilet parts, and pipes.
Is the packaging material environmentally friendly?
Almost all of it is! The insulation we're using is made from recycled denim. After you get your groceries, remove the outer wrapping from the insulation, put the wrapping and paper cushioning in the recycling bin, and throw the denim in the garbage for it to biodegrade. The frozen gel packs can be recycled after you wash the gel down the sink, but you can also keep them for your own use. The foil bag your frozen groceries come in is recyclable, but the foam insulation inside isn’t and has to be thrown in the garbage.
How do you prevent breakage or bruising?
We pack every order carefully in paper cushioning to minimize the risk of damage, but if something unexpected happens, please reach out to the Jet Heads at (855) 538-4323 or firstname.lastname@example.org. We want to be sure you always have a good experience.
How do I make a return if something is wrong?

Where are fresh and frozen groceries available?
