Follow art dealer Henri Polen, half French and half Apache, as he races to find his great-great-grandfather Geronimo's buried treasure, rumored to be very valuable, before the unscrupulous Arizona Congressman Robert Alden does. Only Henri's cousin Sanza, also a great-great-grandson of the famous Indian warrior, knew of the treasure's whereabouts, and he has mysteriously died. The novel's heroine, Lenna, is a full-blooded Chiricahua Apache school teacher living on the White Mountain reservation in Show Low, Arizona and is deeply involved with the Apache students and community.
