Kal A. Bear has found an original format in which to tell his story. The story is true. The names have been changed to protect the guilty. The problem is that the author is unsure: who are the guilty? The drug dealers, rapists, pedophiles, gang bangers, thieves, and violent criminals? Or the professionals, the administrators, the staff members, the parents? The kids? Or the adults? The author finds himself immersed in a world he never knew existed. Fresh out of college and with a young family to support, heas left with few options.
