My name is Ryan Gibbs. My study is based on some of the world's misuse of idle time. As human beings, everything we do is based on our discomfort with boredom. There are two types of boredom we go through, mental and physical-because even if you are not doing anything, if you have a strong thought in your mind, you do not feel bored. It is only once you become content with your thoughts that you feel bored. Only once you are content with your boredom, you will no longer let idle time control your life.
