Uniquely J artists in the Spotlight

In honor of NYCxDesign, New York’s month-long celebration of all things design, we’re celebrating some of the artists who’ve made Uniquely J so awesome.
Say hello to Iain Macarthur, Cohen Gum, and Spiros Halaris, three of the creative minds behind our eye-catching packaging.

Iain Macarthur

Iain Macarthur

Iain Macarthur

Based out of the UK, Iain Macarthur takes his inspiration from all around the world — drawing on wildlife, patterns in nature, and elements of surrealism to produce hyper-detailed, hypnotic illustrations. He works mostly with pencil and ink to produce his intricately dark and decorative designs, featured across all our Uniquely J coffee products.

Cohen Gum

Cohen Gum

Cohen Gum

Cohen Gum came to illustration by way of web design, combining his eye for clean lines with a lifelong passion for cartoons and comics. Delightfully eccentric, his illustrations have appeared on everything from advertising campaigns to apparel to our very own Uniquely J food storage bags.

Spiros Halaris

Spiros Halaris

Spiros Halaris

Trained at the University of the Arts London, Spiros Halaris is a multi-disciplinary illustrator with studios in London and New York. He blends color and retro detailings through mixed media for a distinctively sophisticated aesthetic. Spot his handiwork on any box of Uniquely J snack crisps or biscotti thins.
